Few people in history have had the talents, time, and tenacity to do what Mr. Cussler has.To spin his writing skills, and imagination of fictional adventures in NMMA, to real worldmarine archaeological exploration must be the Most Fun a grown man can have.I'm sure he's not done yet.

Great sequel. First timers be aware the are fact based short stories on some famous wrecks Cussler has a personal interest in. I enjoyed both the first book and this follow-up. If there is to be a third installment I would gladly buy it as well.

I really enjoy Cussler's fictionalized accounts of these ships and then his search for them. Alas, Clive is getting old and it's harder for him to search himself. In addition, it's seems their luck is less this go-round, not finding as many wrecks.What really bothered me was Amazon's terrible editing. It appears they scanned the book, with literally hundreds of glaring typos. Most notably rn's appearing as m's. I wish someone spent some time to fix them.All in all a good read. I enjoy Cussler's style.

Good historical read. Clive really has proved his love of funding, searching, sometimes finding, and giving history back to the public. While this was not one of guzzlers exciting mysteries there is so much great history in this book. This book is history, not a novel. Great read. Please continue to write for us Mr Cussler. Other people I have talked to love your books too.

Excellent book of Cussler's search for lost ships. Not quite as good as "The Sea Hunters" but still a good read. Cussler gives the story behind each lost ship then his steps in locating the wreckage.

Enjoyable reading

Clive when he writes about the real NUMA agency and their exploits into solving old legends with historical value to this country and the people who care about out old history is compelling to anyone who loves this country. No super hero in this book but just true historical value the endless drive of good people who seek the truth!
